Game - Terrible Service

Terrible service from Game Online - Trying to release a tv that is bought. First not one operator sing form the same song sheet. Was a nightmare just to get the documentation in. Then assurance from the operator that the TV will be released. Still nothing from this morning. Now the system is down. Complete and utter BS service from Game.
