Game terrible after. service

Hi, we purchased a microwave with extended warranty.... it broke and we send it in, waited three months for it only to found it with the same problem, oky so send it back again and almost another three weeks no repsonce no phoning back if we phone them nothing, so it is anthier three months waiting... really... theyre after service is terrible....
