Game taking long to give my heater back
This goes to Game Mall of Africa, I gave them a gas/ electric heater almost a month ago for repairs because I realized that the gas heater part is not working. I have called today to check on the progress and they say it has been on the store and nothing has been done on it, I then asked to escalate the matter and they just putted me on hold for an hour. It is very inconsiderate of them and the rude behavior I got from the lady and the extreme cold weather. I have never been disapointed like this from game before. Do they want to repair the heater in Summer??????

There is no truth or whatsoever with the manager that I talked to called Graham Venter, who was so rude and abrupt and rude, he belittled me, refused to answer my questions and **** about the dates which proves that they deliberately left my heater with no one attended to it, I wouldn't like to say his attitude was based in my skin color but if it was a person of a different color I believe my item would have been attended way better
