game takes21 days just to give me a quote
i booked in my telefunken tablet at game for repairs on 31 march and they only got back to me on 21 april to say it will cost me 450 to fix....so how longg is it going to take to fix if getting a mere quote took 3 weeks....which means i must wait another 3 weeks who knows even longer to have the device back. i feel this kind of service is unacceptable at all...game needs to tell me wat they were doing for 3 weeks that the device is still not fixed.
