Game Survey Competition Issue

Game Stores is running a Survey Competition - where you can win a R5000 shopping voucher for your feedback. Problem is the website on the till slip does not navigate you to this competition. I have sent numerous emails regarding this, but feedback does not resolve the issue. Website still doesn't work. Even went in to my branch, where non of the staff, including the manager, could help me navigate successfully to this competition site. On the flip side, my retail experience at Game has always been top notch...
