Game Support on purchased products

I bought a product from Game Store Polokwane a couple of years ago and quite frankly gave me good service. The product was a Stram Pressure cleaner. The pressure hose perished and am in need of a new one. I phoned Game Head Office to inquire where can I contact Stram or who distributes the product as I could not find a substitute on their shelves. The answer was simple "we don't stock the product anymore", there is however the product on their shelves and the brand is still available. The worst is however that they cant supply me the name of the distributor so that I can inquire from them to purchase a hose. This is strange either Game wants to sell me a product that's not supported or its just plain bad service. All I wanted to know is where can I purchase a replacement hose for a product that I have purchased from them. If this cant be done then I see no use of purchasing any product Game has in-store. Checked the internet for Stram distributors and came up with nothing, makes me think
