Game sucks

I bought the budget Cadac gas pack through the online store, made payment and waited for delivery. To my shock, I login to check the status of my order, it shows complete - canceled. There is no reason why on the page, I then request a chat with an agent and spoke to Akhona. She tells my order was canceled because of stock. I find 2 things extremely annoying about this, 1. Why was there no communication to advise of the stock issue (sms, email, anything?) 2. If you have no stock then why does the item allow me to buy it? Now my refund is gonna take 5 days to complete? What nonsense is that?
