Game Stores worthless warranty and customer service

Good Day After several promises via email and this forum, from game stores to attend to my complaint have amounted to nothing ,I guess I will have to take this to the consumer council -but be warned if you buy anything from game that has a warranty they might do the same as they did to me by not honoring the warranty by simply telling you they don't cover "wear and tear" which will cover everything and anything -so basically any warranty from them will be worthless ,and if you complain, they will just send you an automated response that they will contact you but never do
