Game stores WORST online experience

We ordered online and we are absolutely gutted to say it is the WORST online experience I have ever had. We were supposed to receive our order on the 11th. We tried phoning numerous times with no answer, tried emailing, no reply. I will not recommend buying online from Game to anyone!
