Game stores Westgate, unprofessional

Game Westgate service stinks! Went to purchase a Trojan bench set on 27.11.19 Get here and see the one I want, the person that was designated to the department is nowhere to be found to help, eventually after 10-15 minutes he appears, just to tell me that this bench is the last one. I say ok I'll take it, he then says I'll have to take it like that, without the sponges on, I said I will not and he must call the manager as I want to know what do they keep the last stock for as it's misleading! Well I had to wait for a half and hour after they called the manager 3 times, I even ended up calling the store myself to tell them to tell the manager i am waiting. He eventually comes and goes to speak to someone else and ignore me, I then go to him and he says I must wait his busy, bare in mind I was here long before the other customer arrived. He eventually comes to me with attitude after I told him I'm not happy with the bench as there is stuff missing, he says he will give me the bench for R799, for nonsense that has been standing and people playing with! Never again!
