Game Stores Up your Game on SERVICE

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a PS4 at Game Stores. We always purchase from there seeing so though they have good specials as well as after service is good. However I had a really horrible experience. There is no sales staff on the floor at all. They had such sour faces almost feels as if they paying for YOUR item with THEIR salaries. There is no one to assist us on the floor. You could wander around for hours with no assistance. The one guy think his name is Rajesh plain down refused to assist us. If people are unhappy with their jobs they should actually resign and allow some of the millions of unemployed people in our country the opportunity. I am extremely disappointed. Game Stores really need to up their game when it comes to service.
