Game Stores - Under Staffed / Under Stocked

Over the weekend I decided to go out and purchase a gas heater and all the necessary accessories. Game had several different brands advertised and a few on special. I started of in Game Rose-bank, then Game Sandton City and lastly Game in Menlyn. These are stores in extremely large populated areas. One thing I noticed about all these branches was the clear lack of staff. No single staff member could help me. None of them even wanted to assist me or show me someone that could answer my questions. I traveled a total distance of 70km and got nothing. All the stores had no stock, some had parts of the gas heater but not the complete set. This is extremely unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer spending at least R20 000 a year at Game. The quality of service has definitely decreased to such an extent that I am now resorting to purchasing goods online. This is truly disappointing......
