Game Stores terrible service, do not buy appliances from them!!

#GameStores must fall Morning guys, I bought a Hisense washing machine (cash) at Game store in February this year. So now this machine is not functioning properly. It does not want to spin & the clothes come out wet with detergent stains. I've tried to return the machine to the store, but they've refused to take it back, they've sent technicians to fix the machine but it's now broken down again. I'm so not impressed with their service
