Game Stores such a disaapointment with their delivery choices its been almost 5 working days i stay right across JABULANI MALL GAME STORE!!

Team, I have been waiting for my washing machine from Saturday , i have waited for the delivery i took two days of because i was advised it would be monday or tuesday it is wednesday today and nobody has delivered my washing machine!!

Game stores always have an issue the minute they go out and look to partner with delivery companies i have asked if i could collect my own stuff because i knew this was going to be an issue i was told it has to come from the warehouse i was patient enough i want this deliver today the 30/08/2023 with no excuses i cant keep on driving to the store to follow up or calling its costly and with the 100 transferred calls to lines with no answer is an even bigger issue i stay right opposite the mall where i purchased this JABULANI MALL IN SOWETO TO BE EXACT! and still takes 5 days to deliver across the road very disappointing.
