Game stores stole from me

order *** I have yet to receive my refund. I was told they need to investigate, speak to the courier company and Cradlestone store, this was done however its been almost 3 months and I have received nothing but excuses, incompetence, a general display of nothing being done. and a lack of customer support, ethics, and thievery. I caution you not to buy online from Game as they seem to not care and make a million excuses and just take your money.
