Game Stores staff killed it with bad customer care!

Called HI fi Corp The Glen. Was assisted by the most helpful person ever! After pleasently answering all of my questions I asked him to trf me to another department. He gladly offered to check the details himself for me. Thank you Obi for being such an excellent dedicated customer care agent. I hope your company recognised the wonderful work you do and incentive you as such! With wonderful staff such as you Hi fi Corp won't go down like Game Stores. That shop has thee worst staff to deal with clients. African staff are the worst all the way from their stores to their warehouses!
