Game stores Southgate

Your manager at the Southgate store "Ursula Ramashala" is the most rude person I've ever met in the world. I recently bought a tevo product from the mall of the south store and I had an issue with it. I then went back to the store the next day and was told that because the store is closing down they can't do any refunds on that specific item but was told that the other game stores in the area would be doing the returns and rufunds. So I went to the Glen store and spoke to a tevo rep, not sure of her name but I do know it's starts the letter "v" . She told me that they cannot do the refund or return because the item is not on their system but did go and check where I should go to and then was told that she spoke to someone at the Southgate store by the name of Busi and I should go and speak with her. On arrival I was met by a someone from Bennet and read and she took me to the store manager and was told that I can't be helped because it was purchased from mall of the south and they are not allowed to do any refunds or returns for that store. She then says she has it on notice and takes me to the returns section and shows me a paper which says that no refunds will be given unless a genuine manufacturing defect is found. No where does it say that which store or anything about mall of the souths refunds are not accepted at this store. She then tells me she can't help me, hands me my item and walks away. As a customer I was fuming because no respect was shown and when I asked to speak to the manager she said I am and I cannot help you. I then had to call myself the Glen store and speak to the lady there while she stood there and did absolutely nothing. After spending over 15 minutes on my phone I finally got hold on someone at tevo who was able speak to her and somehow manage to convince her and the tevo lady here that they can do the refund. The most upsetting part of the whole process was the supposed manager didn't even apologize or anything. What a waste of time,Energy and money.
