game stores ...***** stores that dont play the game

bought a samsung microwave from game ..packed up within a year...repaired by them .Packed up again recently im still within my 2 year warranty .Game refuses to fix my microwave saying its a ****roach infestation and quoting me r1830 to fix it when they are selling same model new at r1800.Furthermore they are asking r170 to get my broken microwave back .******* ,,assesment fee. they are playing games claiming samsung says it ****roaches my argument is they could of put a ****roach there themselves will be taking up with consumer council
