Game stores, Samsung soundbar defective within 12 months

I bought a samsung soundbar at Game Hammanskraal on the 22nd July 2019 and it started being defective this year when i moved from Hammanskraal to Brits, when i visited the store Game Brits to try and check for warranty i was told about a painful and almost impossible process i had follow since i lost my original slip, i have been a fan of samsung since a while back but now i am very disappointed with the service i received at Both Games stores because i visited the Game at Brits and the service received Jubilee branch, can i get someone to contact me to try and resolve this because i believe samsung its good brand but retailers selling the product are being impossible n providing a very bad service not impressed at, my details are as follows email ***
