GAME STORES SA PATHETIC SERVICE

Not even sure why i am forced to even add a star to this review. Ordered was placed and payed for at game on the 22nd of november. One of the items bought was delivered a week later, and one off the items has not been delivered since. Contacted them every second day to find out what the progress is and was told on the 1st that the delivery would by made same day. Forward to the 10th(today) no item has been delivered and upon request on progress NOW ONLY i am told that the item has been sold out. To further the pathetic service from GAME STORES, now only will i be refunded and the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in my account. This is by far the worst service, and absolute pathetic customer care centre i have ever had to work with.
