Game Stores Repair/Assessment frustration

I bought a Bennett Re Steam iron from Game Tygervalley mall in Cape Town on the 25th of June 2021. On the 22nd of January 2022, the iron just stopped working and now I have to wait for 21 Days while they Assess/Repair the iron - What a frustrating process! What will I be using during that wait? This rule is NOT in the best interest of the clients at all! Frustrated and so unhappy!
