Game stores refusing to repair my TCL TV, which is still under warranty

I Bought a 65 inch TLC TV from Game stores Gateway last year. The TV was working fine until last week ,when I noticed small black blotches on the side of the screen. I contacted game stores about the issue. They responded by saying that I need to send them a video or they will not send out a repairman.Im not sure why a repair cannot be sent without a video.The person who contacted me already seemed to be unhelpful and accused me of physical damage to the TV without even looking at the TV. I will be taking legal actions if my TV is not sorted out.I paid R10 000 for this TV and I do not expect after sale service like this.
