Game Stores Refund

It was my first time trying to shop online with Game stores and I had the worst experience! I made on order on the 13th of May and on the 19th of the same month, I woke to an email saying my money has been refunded (without any explanation as to why) and I should wait for 14 business days for it to reflect in my account. It is now the 17th of June and I still have not received my money back!! I tried to email and call, but still. Game Stores seriously needs to improve on their online shopping services!!!
