Game Stores- POOR service on returned item

I bought a new **** eater for R900. It didn't even last an hour in total. When we went to return it, nobody knew what to do, made us wait and drive up and down. 3 days later only they told us it takes 21 working days. Now I have to pay extra out of my pocket for a gardening service to do the work, I can't leave my grass and garden for 21 days. If you owe them R1 they harass you up to 10 times a day, but if you need something, they take all the time they want.
