Game stores poor service

It takes forever to purchase a playstation console. You have to wait in a queue to pay (about 30 munites) and the you must go back to the person who helped you which is then busy with another customer. Then he sends someone else to help you who also takes her time. Then came with excuse that there was a problem with the bar codes etc. Bla bla bla. It a very unprofessional company. Total time was about 1 and a half hour. Ridiculous!!!
