Game Stores Pavillion - staff need to be reviewed. Lots of people don't take their jobs seriously!!!!!!

We went to the appliance department at Game store in Pavillion (Westville) on 23/11/21. The store was busy and understaffed. Other staff was either on the phone or standing around but not assisting customers. we had to wait for the person in charge to assist. He helped us and we purchased the freezer required. He advised us that we will get delivery today. We tried calling the store...the lady picks up the phone and keeps quiet - I asked her if this was Game pavillion she said yes...there was a lot of chatter in the background. I asked her about the delivery and she put me through (i dont know which department) but there is no answer. No one is at home and we need to leave work to receive the delivery - how is this possible if we cannot get through the store for assistance
