Game stores Pathetic online service

I would like to warn anyone planning to purchase an item online at game that they are going to make a BIG mistake. They promise to deliver within 5 working days but I have been waiting for my order for more than 8 days now.The contact centre is also very useless and cannot even assist,all they do is promise to follow up on the order and never call back. Game is very disappointing and pathetic.
