Game Stores Online Shopping is Useless! Don’t buy from them!

I’m really unhappy and frustrated with Game Online customer service. I’ve asked for a refund since yesterday for a product I had ordered and still hasn’t been dispatched of which was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of September I had made my order on the 7th of September. At this point i’m fed up and I’ve asked for an immediate refund as the product hasn’t even left warehouse for whatever reason. They’re failing to update me and I keep having to call them to know what’s happening. I’m even having issues with having to get my refund back, I get told I’ll have to wait 7-14 working days. Why am I waiting for my money for something which they advertised and clearly it’s not available anymore by the looks of it but they were quick to take my money and not update me.
