Game Stores Online services is BAD.

Game stores online service is very poor, we had made an order online, Game than cancelled half the order, and said they will refund us, we are awaiting more than 21 days for our refund. When we phone they tell us that they will deposit the money and in 5 days we will receive it, yet this is not true. Game has not yet made any payment back to us and its a new month already.
