GAME STORES ONLINE SALES

On the 21 November 2024 bought a Samsung Sound bar at Game Online .Communication was made through email I made a mistake and wrote the incorrect cellphone number only realized it on the later stage where I've received emails of the courier not being able to get in contact with me . I called FASTWAY COURIER at Nelspruit to find out the whereabouts of my parcel but unfortunately it was returned back to Johannesburg cos they couldn't get hold of me , I gave them the correct cellphone number and they insured me they will Communicate with me . I called GAME STORES to inform them about the incorrect cellphone number and my parcel not being delivered but I was told they will make contact to FASTWAY COURIER and inform them. On the 5th I received an email stating my parcel was delivered hence I didn't receive and delivery, I called GAME STORES AND FASTWAY COURIER which is in Johannesburg FASTWAY COURIER told me my parcel was returned back to GAME STORES JOHANNESBURG, I must do the follow up with GAME STORES, I Called GAME STORES Customer service I was told my parcel was delivered and signed for which I have no idea of but I was told they will do the follow up and get back to me . I've been waiting for that follow up and feedback from GAME STORES SINCE THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER 2024 TILL TODAY . MY PARCEL NUMBER WITH GAME STORES IS Order no ***. IM SO DISSAOINTED WITH GAME STORES.
