Game stores online purchase theft

I have purchased a fridge on the 1 August and had an expected delivery date of 8 August. I then received an sms that the fridge was dispatched on the 4 August yet I am still sitting without a fridge. There has been con communication from Game stores nor there couriers. There service in general as well as their customer service is pathetic and they have no respect or regard for their customers. It seems they have a reputation of *********** customers via online purchase.
