Game stores online is ****

I bought a laptop online at Game Stores on the 14th of June 2022 and I was told that I can go fetch it at Tygervalley center on the 16th when I get there I was told that its at Canal Walk then on the 17th I went to Canal Walk and I was told that the laptop I am looking for its not available . I called their call center three times already only to be given excuses and till today I still haven't received my laptop it's just excuses after another.
