Game stores online is pathetic and don't care
Bought a standing fan online on 26 November 2023. Delivered on 01 December 2023. The wrong item was delivered. I did not accept the delivery and asked the courier to return the item. I called the Call Center immediately to cancel the order and refund me. Today is 19 December and after many email correspondence I still have not received my refund. Order number ***. Now they ignore my emails.
