Game stores online.. Delivery passed due date. I will never order at game online again
I bought 4 items at Game online on 4 December. I received one item on 10 December. No communication regarding the other 3 items. I called in 3 times already.. last time was yesterday and I was on hold for about 40 minutes.. seriously!! Still, they cannot get hold of the relevant store to find out regarding my order. Yesterday was the due date of the delivery. No communication as yet. Christmas is in 4 days.. I need that order!

30 Dec 2021, 08:26So, after placing my order on 4 December 2021, Game informed me on 23 December 2021 that they do not have 3 of my items in stock. They will refund me within 24 hours. I checked this morning, and still no refund. I think it is pathetic that they only responded when I contacted them, being on hold for such a long time - every time. Apparently the Game store that was supposed to send my items is Game N1 City - so I am thinking that they sold out all the stock they had before they could make up my order...since my order has been sitting with them since 4 December until 23 December. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM GAME ONLINE AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN. THE SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER ME A FORMAL APOLOGY OF ANY SORT. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GAME. YOU SHOULD SHUT DOWN YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING - IT IS NOT WORKING.
