GAME STORES NOT HONOURING A LAY-BY TRANSACTION

Game Newcastle has been unable to honour a lay-by transaction [Samsung TV - 65 Inc QLED] which is paid up on my side.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get my purchase. This has disrupted my plans of watching a T20 Cricket World Cup. My feeling is tjat I am being disrespected as a customer
