Game stores mess up

I bought an item online at Games stores and selected for the item to be collected at the N1 city branch. I received my COLLECTION SMS and when I arrived at the branch, they picked up on the system the item is going to be delivered and I'll have to wait 2 weeks as it's coming from the Garden Route branch. To make matters worse is the N1 city branch had the exact same item available with the same specifications and price and they refused to give me the item. This is unacceptable as I drove 40km to the N1 city branch and 40km home empty handed. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying goods from Game stores over the black Friday and festive period.
