Game stores Mams mall

I bought a generator in March and i only used it less than ten times,i took it back 3 times at game stores in Mams mall for repairs and it came back still with the same problem. Game stores does not want to give me a refund and i really do not know what to do,i really need help because its affecting my work load and i am so close to loosing my job because i am always offline whenever i try to use the generator,i have 5 kids and i cant afford to loose my job because of a mere generator and a refund,i need my money back and i would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND GAME STORES FOR ANY PRODUCT OR ANY PURCHASE regardless if its a small item,Game has the worst customer service ever and they dont respect their customers.
