Game Stores making life difficult!

Game, why do you make it so very difficult for a pensioner to receive a senior citizen discount? Other stores (even one owned by your holding company, Builders Express) (also Kwikspar) simply offer the discount when the cashier sees that one is obviously elderly. For Game, I had to procure and pay for two ID photos, I had to pay for a photocopy of my ID, I had to submit a form and now (more than two weeks later) still nothing. That is why I ask: why do you make it so difficult?
