Game Stores Lie to consumers about promotions

I am so tired of going to Game stores looking for a leaflet promotion only to be told "I don't know why they advertise it because they know we wont get any stock" Customer service (Sanelisiwe) tells me "Please be mindful that our stores cater to both online & in store orders", which is absolute nonsense, Game needs to stop this type of false advertising, the store receives ZERO stock on the promotion line, it hasn't been available to order online at the promotion price, it's not even in any of the categories. I asked yesterday who I should speak to at store level and still no response. How about some honesty? Why not just say, sorry, we wont have stock for you because we don't know what we are doing. 8 trips to different Game stores in December turned into a waste of time.
