game stores lei and dont deliver as promised

they lei they are late with my order when i order they had stock 2 days later got email that my item have left despatch phone them after 14 days they tell me no stock refund takes 21 days but they took my money within 1 minute they never phone and say they gana be late with your order all they do is say sorry or that they will get back to you and never do never had bad service like this in my lifetime
