I honestly don't even know where to start,im still very dissappointed,more so livid..first you people posted your Black Friday special all over social media and also in store.however I was suprised not to find the Telefunken 43inch at Jabulani Mall,and this was the first thing I rushed for at exactly the opening 11:59 that you people kept racing about,i had waited in the queue from 21:00on..I had saved money specifically for that plasma set..your staff was not even willing to assist,about any enquires we had,no one seemed to have any idea as in when and how the products will be received..to me it is false advertising.misleading me as a customer,lack of customer s****s,even after i requested to pay and get the product scanned for me to collect anytime after.in still mad writing about this even now.I feel so mistreated worse for a big and known outlet like yours..you wasted my zeal in saving and my hours that i spent waiting for your no good store to open..im rating you a double zero because I still want that t.v..Jabulani mall,pathetic..actually Game stores pathetic
