Game stores Ladysmith

I am super unhappy about the service I have received at game stores in Ladysmith. I wanted to purchase a Samsung TV that is currently on special and I wanted to use the 10% discount offered for vaccinated individuals.

My TV license is on my grandmother's name as I live with her. I had taken the TV license, and her original ID with me as proof. However the manager said she has to physically be in the store. I understand this, but my grandmother is 92 and we have not been taking her out due to high number of cases of covid in my town and because she is highly at risk for severe symptoms of covid.

Game stores should have understood this but instead they chose not to assist. It's safe to say I will be taking my buisness to a company that understands the implications of bringing out an elderly women in times of covid.
