Game stores lack of online ability.

After ordering and paying online the delivery was non existent. When contacting the driver for delivery no attempt to resolve the fact that I am not available in the morning on 2 days a week became insurmountable. I spoke on 3 occasions to their chat line and to James the Qum driver for delivery. I have now cancelled my order and await to see if the refund will be in the 3 working days as stated.. I am of the opinion that Game should not be in the online business as the service is completely non existent with no attempt to resolve what is actually easy circumstances.
