Game stores Jabulani Mall (Salton Stove ).

<p>I bought a stove at Game Jabulani Mall ,November 2016, one of the plates on my stove died, i took it back to them they tell me. that they cannot exchange the stove , reason being it has a Repair guarantee and not a normal guarantee , of which i was hearing for the 1st time, nobody told me when i was buying the stove , and the manager has the nerve to tell me that it is written on the back of the slip , now my question to him was do i get the slip before or after paying for my goods , this is very bad that i have to wait for my stove until god knows when , and buy take aways everyday until then , worst service ever , and i was shown no remorse and received no apology , Now do i need to take this matter to Consume's board , yes i believe i should.</p>
