Game Stores is the Worse online company!

I would honestly give them no stars at all. Will never buy from them again. They have lost a loyal client who would rather pay more money than ever buy from them again. I made an online purchase on 26 July. I never received the item and it’s been a month of constant phone calls and I have still not received my refund. Do not buy from them! They refuse to return a customer’s money. They don’t call you back not the call centre agent, supervisor or manager. They have no respect for customers. They lie and give no feedback and up until now no money has been refunded!
