Game Stores is terrible with customer services.

It's been 54 hours waiting for a simple quotation from Game and I've spent hours on the phone trying to get answers. It was not communicated properly about the duration. Now it's passed the 48 hour MAXIMUM time for a quotation to be sent but they are silent. Reading my messages on Facebook and ignoring me. Wow Game.
