Game Stores is selling used / Broken items as new

I bought 2 x Polaroid Android tablets on friday 13/11/15 from game stores gateway @ around 18.00pm<br> <br> i bought these as gifts for my nephew and niece as birthday gifts and was in a hurry <br> <br> The sales man opened one of the boxes to show me how the contents and switched one on<br> <br> The other box was sealed <br> <br> This morning when i was about to wrap them up I checked the open box one to see if the device was switched of i then noticed that this tablet had glue marks if you look at it closely <br> <br> It clearly evident that this tablet was repaired and not new <br> <br> I then opened the other tablet box and to my shock the tablet touch panel was cracked <br> <br> I cannot believe that game is selling used/broken items to its consumers surely these items must be checked by your quality controller<br> <br> I have been a loyal game customer for more than 15 years and to buy products like this it really makes you think of how game stores operates its business<br> <br> Not only has the service changed over the years it seems the quality of products as also worsen<br> <br> Please what ever you buy whether on offer or not make sure you check all items also i think rather pay more from other shops for better service and quality <br>
