Game stores is running a **** show

I'm so disappointed in Game at The Glen. I bought a fridge in February ,since then the fridge has broken down twice. 1st time they came to fix it in September ,then it broke down again 2 weeks ago. Im so frustrated with my food rotting in the fridge. I called Hisense and was told that Game needs to refund or replace the product. I called Game and the store manager told me he will organize for the fridge to get collected. I tried calling them numerous times , not a single person answered the store's phone. I'm highly pieved and saddened by the fact that I keep throwing out rotten meat.

Can someone help me with an urgent solution
