Game Stores is a damn JOKE

I would rate Game stores 0 stars if it was possible. I bought a cooler box and a camp chair online on Black Friday. To date I have not received my purchases and the contact centre is absolutely clueless. Atrocious service from a well known so called reputable company. Mind you Game has already debited my account. Pathetic service.
