Game stores in Namibia false Advertising

I am a South African in Namibia on Business in Windhoek. I went to game store in Windhoek to purchase a printer. The salesman asked me which printer i would like and i told him the printer that was on promotion was going for 1499.00 and j would like to buy it. He gave me a piece of paper with a number on it and told me to go pay at the counter. When i got to the counter they told me that the printer was 3125.00. They called the salesman to the teller and he said it was 1499.00 he then went to get the newspaper where they had the printer published in and only then did he say that the printer on the shelf was the wrong one. We then cslled the sales manager and he refused to let me buy that printer. I told him that i don't put the promotion labels on the shelfs and that their salesman should have picked this up before he asked me to go pay for the printer. I asked the sales msnager to please give me a copy of the primotion sign that was on the shelf and he said he would but did not. This is totally false advertising instore and they should honor that price that was put onto the shelf with that printer The Salesman name is L Steenkamp Cell number ********** 186 and the Sales manager is B Telcitman cell number ********** 303. Both numbers is Namibia numbers
